Exclusions apply. The lead you send must not already be in our lead database. If a name you provide is in our database, you will not receive a commission. Except for providing the requested contact information, you understand you are not a part of the franchise sales process. You do not have the authority to offer a candidate a franchise. All offers must be made pursuant to our then current Franchise Disclosure Document. This referral program may be cancelled at any time. We must close on your lead within one year of your submission for you to receive any payment. After one year from the time we received your lead, if the lead has not closed, you will not receive a commission. You will not receive a commission for unclosed leads.
